Sadie Cohen
“The Trouble With Dead Boyfriends” Concert Performer
Sadie Cohen is a seasoned performer with over 20 shows under her belt since the age of 7, collaborating with renowned theaters like Indiana Repertory Theatre, Actors Theatre of Indiana, and Beef and Boards Dinner Theatre. Trained at Broadway Artists Alliance in NYC, she has excelled in roles such as Small Alison in “FUN HOME,” Ursula in “THE LITTLE MERMAID JR.,” and Kathy Seldon in “SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN JR.” A 9th-grade honors student at Carmel High School, Sadie is also the 2024 Miss Capital City Teen, and she actively engages in community service through her initiative, “Sadie Smiles For Seniors.”
In addition to her stage achievements, Sadie is a Carmel Choirs Ovation Scholarship recipient and a Choral Showcase soloist. Under the guidance of instructors like Jennie Kistner and Kasey Walker, she has received accolades such as the 2020 Encore Association’s Best Performer Under 18 Award and the 2020 Mitty Award (ASOTA) for Best Newcomer. Beyond her artistic pursuits, Sadie enjoys playing piano, guitar, and ukulele, embodying a well-rounded and accomplished individual. Supported by her family—especially Mom, Dad, and Evan—Sadie is poised for continued success in both her artistic and academic endeavors.
