Kris Kukul
Kris Kukul is a New York City Based Orchestrator, Arranger, Music Director and Composer. He began his career working for musical theatre icon, Elizabeth Swados, and has committed to keeping her legacy alive through his work.
He is currently Music Supervisor and Orchestrator for Broadway’s Tony Nominated Beetlejuice! The Musical! and is working with Warner Music/Ghostlight Records on The Liz Swados Project, an anthology album celebrating the career of the influential Broadway composer Elizabeth Swados.
He recently provided Orchestrations and Arrangements for David Byrne’s Joan of Arc at the Public Theatre, Songbird by Michael Kimmel and Lauren Pritchard, City Center’s production of Elizabeth Swados’ Runaways, Afterwards by Larson Award winner Zoe Sarnak, The Last Goodbye, an adaptation of Romeo and Juliet featuring the music of Jeff Buckley, and The Heart of Robin Hood, music by Parsonsfield.
